Return policy
We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your order in accordance with the terms below.
1. Return Eligibility
Return Period
You may return your order within 30 days of receipt.
Product Condition
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be undamaged
- Be returned in their original packaging
- Be in a condition suitable for resale
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. How to Request a Return
Step 1 – Submit a Return Request
Send an email to:

Include the following information:
- Full name
- Order number
- Contact details
- Reason for return
- Clear photos or videos (required in case of damage or defects)
Step 2 – Wait for Approval
Do not return any items until you have received confirmation and return instructions from our customer service team.
Step 3 – Return Shipment
Once approved:
- Carefully package the item(s), preferably in the original packaging
- Follow the return instructions provided
- Send the package to the return address provided by our team
Please note: Depending on stock location, returns may need to be sent to one of our warehouses, which may be located abroad.
Step 4 – Proof of Shipment
After shipping the return, email us the tracking number / proof of shipment, preferably by replying to the previous email conversation.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Any customs duties or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
We encourage conscious purchasing, as unnecessary transportation has a negative impact on the environment.
4. Refunds
- Once the returned items are received and inspected by our supplier or warehouse, your refund will be processed.
- Refunds are issued within 2–5 business days after approval.
- Refunds are made via the original payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the return conditions are not met.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
After this period, orders are automatically processed and can no longer be cancelled.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 30 days of receipt
- Provide clear photo or video evidence showing the issue
Damaged Products
If a product is confirmed damaged upon receipt:
- We will offer a free replacement shipment (no refund).
- If a replacement is also damaged, we reserve the right to offer a refund.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or unsealed products (where applicable)
- Products made to specific customer requirements
- Personal-use items
- Items that cannot be returned due to their nature
8. Lost Packages
If a package is lost due to logistical reasons, we will first send a replacement before applying the refund policy.
9. Delivery in Case of Absence
If a package is not collected, refused, or cannot be delivered due to customer absence and is returned to our supplier or warehouse, we reserve the right to deduct costs incurred from the refund.
This may include:
- Return shipping costs
- Handling fees
- Any customs or import charges
Failure to collect a package does not automatically qualify as a valid return request.
